How does the 30-day guarantee work?
Buy any board, ride it for up to 30 days. If it's not the right fit, return it for a full refund or exchange. We cover return shipping — no restocking fees, no questions asked.
What size board do I need?
Board sizing depends on your weight, riding style, and terrain preference. Use our Board Match for a personalized recommendation, or email [email protected] and we'll recommend a length.
What's covered under warranty?
Our 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects including delamination, edge separation, core defects, and insert failure. Impact damage, normal wear, and modifications are not covered.
How do seasonal tune-ups work?
Free tune-up once per season — included with every board, no membership required.
What's the ASPECT Collective membership?
